Who we are
London Dog Walkers (londondogwalkers.com) is run by Warren Kirk. You can reach us through our contact page.
What we collect
- Walker listings: public business details such as business name, area, website, public phone number and social links, taken from public sources or supplied by the walker.
- Messages: anything you send us through the contact page or by email.
- Website data: basic technical data such as cookies needed for the site to work.
Why we use it (lawful basis)
We publish public business details under legitimate interests, to help dog owners find local walkers. We use messages to reply to you. We don’t sell personal data, and we don’t send marketing emails without consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or object to us using it. Walkers can ask for their listing to be removed at any time and we will remove it within 48 hours. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
How long we keep it
Listings stay up until the walker asks us to remove them or they stop trading. Messages are kept only as long as needed to deal with them.
